Where to buy a customized MBP other than AS ?

where can you order a MBP with this configuration: 17"/i7/7200rpm drive/antiglare (so no 8GB ram which i bought already) and NOT on the Apple Store who will charge +7% tax for sending to Pennsylvania ?

Any advantage to order at the AS indeed ?

Most resellers are ready to order that for you, just be ready to wait little longer. E.g. MacMall lets you customize, don't know about taxes but any reseller should be able to order your dream config if you ask them
