I'll be buying a mb in the next couple of months. Does anyone have any suggestions where I should buy it from?

Are there any places that are reputable that have good deals?

Do you qualify for educational pricing? If so, Apple will probably be your best bet no matter what you get.

If you don't qualify for EDU prices and you're going to go with non-stock options, you'll still likely have to go through Apple. Don't buy RAM from Apple...go with OWC or DMS.

If you want a stock model, Amazon is usually a good source. They almost always have rebates.

If you want a stock model, Amazon usually has $75-$100 rebates on MB.

B&H Photo has a few BTO models in stock and they ship out of state tax-free.

Micros Center has some Macs on sale right now.

Apple is usually the most expensive, even with a student discount, but the only place to get a custom BTO model.
