I already own one Tiny tin but would really like more (they fit in purses much better than the standard size and my mother would like some as well)...

Does anybody know where I can get them (aside from eBay)?

Sorry, mods, if this belongs in a different forum! Wasn't sure where to place the thread.

i love these little puppies...

i usually pick them up at target or world market stores...but they seem to be in stock on a random basis. i can always count on them around the holidays.

should you need an interim fix, you can always use the altoid gum tins ( found at trader joes).

I see them at target fairly frequently.
Darn... I seriously go to Target at least two times a week, but I guess the Target I frequent just doesn't have it. :(

CVS, Walgreens, Walmart?

I see them EVERYWHERE.

I used to have an addiction to altoids...then I went veggie... and I didn't notice that altoids have GELATIN in them. I felt so dumb. :(

I still have about 3/4 of the GIANT FREAKING Cinnamon Altoids tin.
I wonder what I should do with them...

*shrug*

No CVS w/in 200 miles! Hmm, I have checked Walgreens and Walmart (only been in two times at a further one, have to go find ones closer) but haven't seen them... I guess I'll just keep checking.

Does anybody know what they retail for?

Altoids ruin your teeth. I knew a guy who said he ate them for a few years and noticed that his teeth were rotting. All that chalky sugar gets between you teeth and gums and then it's a field day for bacteria.
It's a British product too, so you know the ol' joke about Brits and their teeth. Could it be the Altoids?

^^^ Thanks, I'll give that a try.

When I went onto Altoids' official site, their FAQ listed the Tiny Tins as novelties carried year round but at assorted retailers and that they didn't keep record.

Thanks all. :D

I had never heard of that store before but there is one w/in a 15ish minute drive. I'll go check it out, thanks!

i hope someone invents something to combat this problem...

i'm thinking of a small stick with bristles on the end...maybe some sort of paste to use as a cleaner. hmmm, possibly the daily use of some sort of twine that slides down between your teeth.

gosh, it all sounds so futuristic.

Yaay! I just phoned around to the different Targets in the area... one of them does have the Tiny Tins, sugar free version, but it'll do the job.

Thanks everybody!!!

And just what exactly are you planning on stashing in these little tins?
Altoids, a couple of emergency aleves and advils but mostly altoids... like I said previously, the tiny tins fit much better in my purse and bags; looks adorable, weighs less, and well-- looks adorable! :p

imagine the day they make an iPod that can use a tiny tin as a case!

Oh that'll be so cute!

someone call Jonathan Ive and get him started.

it also needs bluetooth. :)

I can only imagine what went through the customer service reps mind when they took your phone call.

So sad... I went and that fool didn't listen to me very carefully when I explained about the Tiny Tins... I got there all ready to buy-- turns out they had the 'smalls' not the Tiny Tins. Sigh. It is impossible to find here!!! :(

If they're at the dollar store, I'll send you a tin.
:)

I don't own either products, but has anyone thought about making these into Nano cases?

My friend uses a large altoid box for his camera and it works great.

Just a thought....
