Go to Lowes or Home Depot, buy some thin wood, cut to size of glass screen, replace.

Because the LCD and touch layer is integrated due to the incell technology, I think it's gonna be hard to find aftermarket replacements. especially so soon. When it's available, I reason it will be much more expensive than previous iPhone models.

BTW, finding replacement iPhone parts have always been one of the benefit of using an iPhone. Allow one to refurbish their iPhone back to new looking conditions before hand it down to the next owner.

Forget about it. The screen is fused to the glass. It's impossible to replace just a glass without screen.

Yep. The good news is that the screen will be easy to replace since it only takes two screws and removing the connector. The bad news is the part wont be cheap, with the raw part cost around $45, you might see it floating around for $75-100 for you to purchase in the next few weeks.
