Where to buy iPad 2? (online retailers)

On March 9th, I ordered an iPad 2 from J&R and it still hasn't shipped. What other online retailers offer the iPad 2? The ones I know of all charge sales tax to North Carolina. The ones I know of:

• MacConnection (charges sales tax to NC)
• MacMall (charges sales tax to NC)
• B&H Video (long line of pre-order
• ABT.com (charges sales tax to NC)

Other ones I can try?
