Please tell me some sites to buy ipad air or mini 3 with worldwide shipping
 
Your best choice would be Ebay. You could try Amazon if it's available in your country. You can also try Expansys-USA as I believe they have a Europe based location and their USA website will tell you if they ship international.

You may also want to try BHphotovideo.com They are based out of New York City and it's possible they ship international.
