i'm looking to buy the hi-res matte display for my 15" (i was stuck with glossy at the time of purchase)

anyone know of some places i might be able to find it?

thanks a lot:)

idk. i could have sworn when i looked at the apple website before they discontinued it, it was only $90 to upgrade to hi-res matte.

i'm concerned theres not much info on that website though.

i should be able to connect the cables, etc. the same way right? it should work with the same model and everything?

looking at last one on page
but its hard to tell from picture and from whats written there. but my god. its half the price of ifixit.

just figured this would be much better than buying an anti-glare screen protector.

$80 for a Hi-Res screen is pretty good. When I cracked my glossy Hi-Res display, I had paid $120 for a replacement from powerbookmedic.com.

eBay, iFixit, PowerBookmedic, all good places (ifixit is high prices though but generally new/high quality). Another, Rossmansupply.com is run by a macrumors member, he should have the screen as well.
