Where to buy mini-DVI video adaptor in UK?

Does anyone know where I can get the mini-DVI to video adaptor in the UK? It's not available anywhere on the UK Apple online store and I can't find it on any other sites. There's not a hope in hell of finding it on the high street.

It's the adaptor for the new PowerBook G4 12" (the one not included in the box).

I was looking at the "Accessories" column and the search resulted in nothing found also.
