Wow, crucial have upped their prices by considerably since I last checked a few weeks ago. Anywhere else to buy decent RAM from the UK? Crucial want 200quid for 2x1GB sticks.

I noticed that too. I think everyone who has bought new intels had the idea of buying (cheaper) third party stuff instead of Apples crazy prices and Crucial thought they would cash in.

Try www.ebuyer.com they are quite cheap - not sure about RAM prices but they have loads of good stuff.

A lot of people mention Newegg.com but Im not sure if they ship to UK.

scan seemed to be recommended when i was looking, although i ended up buying from eBay, which was risky i know, but ended up fine! i bought off of flashman852 i think if u wanna have a look. i bought a gig f a-data ram for about 40 quid.
