I'm looking at upgrading my RAM to 4GB.

How difficult will it be to install myself? I cant seem to figure out specifically what type of RAM I need to search for. Also, if you know of any websites (preferably newegg) that sell the RAM I need, please feel free to post.

My computer specs are in my signature.

You can find specs on all Apple products, including maximum RAM:

You can use Newegg. They're mentioned in many threads on RAM upgrades in this very subforum.

what model of macbook do you have? from your sig it looks like probably a 2008 macbook? you may as well upgrade to 8gb if you can. the price difference between 4 and 8 is barely anything now. just make sure your model supports it.
