Where to buy RAM

I know I'm going to get a lot of "Crucial" brand RAM recommendations, but it's hard to ignore the prices of other retailers.

Has anyone ordered RAM from "Mac RAM Direct" or RAMJet before? Your opinion of them?

I'm getting the dual-quad 2.8Ghz Mac Pro. I'd like to upgrade it from 2GB to 4GB for, preferably, under $200 if possible. The last I checked; 2GB of Crucial RAM cost just under $400

A lot of people use OWC. They have 2 x 1gb for $130 (if you intend to keep the RAM that came with your system) or 2 x 2gb for $220.

Dealram...

...just been looking at dealram.com where it seems to be possible to find some pretty insane prices on RAM for my just-shipped Mac Pro.

16 GB for $620? WTF !?!?!??

What I would like to know is, has anyone benchmarked different brands of RAM anywhere. Since this is a different question, I'm going to go ahead and start up a new thread also.
