Where to buy refurbs at bulk discount?

With some decent extra guarantee for a couple of years or so. If anyone's aware of anyone doing this specifically in Europe, or worldwide for that matter, via ebay or else, I 'd love to hear about it. I am looking for deployment in the business sector.

I would guess their EU office
