I might need to pick up a MacBook, MBP or something. Probably not air. What's the best, safest, best deal place to get used Mac notebooks? There was a great place like OWC. Is there another store? Other than eBay or Craigslist.

Thanks in advance.

That one is severely overpriced. In my experience eBay is by far the best to buy on. So many choices and there can be good deals if you are patient.
But if you want to buy from a reputable store, then Cowboom is a good source. www.cowboom.com is where Best Buy sells their used, and customer returns laptops and desktops. I've bought a few from cowboom and flipped them on craigslist for profit. :D

The one I posted for $395 is severely over priced? Man, that's why I need to ask. I have no idea. It's not a MacBook Pro. But 2.13 gz.

Everything is sold out.

Well, it's like 6+ years old.

They aren't sold out, Cowboom is no more.
"All the great deals you love at CowBoom are mooooovin’ on over to the Best Buy Outlet."

They are/were owned by Best Buy who absorbed them and ended "Cowboom" about a week ago.
The Best Buy Outlet deals are nothing compared to what one could find on Cowboom on a good day.

Speculation is Best Buy may just end up either liquidating or selling the more-used stuff on eBay now.

Aww. I wish I would have known about it before they shut it down. :/

I was going to suggest PowerMax, I used to work there, but the prices at Mac of all Trades are better.
