I have gotten all my Macs from Maczone- and I was going to get my 1.8 g5 from there as well, but now it turns out they charge sales tax to Cali. Anyone have any suggestions on good, reliable mail order places to buy a mac from that isn't in Cali? Macmall has good deals- but they are located in Cali as well.

www.macconection.com is where my company buys all our mac stuff. They got my dual 2gig g5 with a free gig of ram. Plus they don't charge CA sales tax. I think that they are selling single 1.8 g5 with a free gig ram upgrade and free printer for $1699.

Thanks! That was a great offer and I ordered mine- it will be here in 3-5 days- and they gave me free shipping as well. With the printer I paid $1948. After rebates ($150 for the comp and $99 for the Epson c84) the total is $1699. Nice deal for a G5 1.8 single.
