Where to download Xcode 3.1.4 since Apple's Developer Center is down??

Hi People!
As the topic sais I'm looking for Xcode 3.1.4 for Leopard 10.5 which I know I'm suppose to be able to download from the Mac App Store by log in as a developer member, but as many of you know the site has been down for more than a week, and I can't find an effective link for download it in the entire web.

Any ideas?

Didn't apple include Xcode on the older OSX discs?

The apple site will be up soon, so I'd say sit tight and you'll get access again.
