Where to Find 1Ghz TiBook Restore Discs

Ok, so I decided to pass on the last TiBook offer I was looking into, the seller seemed to sketchy.

I now have my eye on a 1Ghz TiBook fully working and in good looking condition. It does not have the install discs. I want this to run as an OS 9 computer and I have read the TiBook can only boot OS 9.2.2 (not 9.2.1 like the retail discs) so you can only use the 691-4316-A disc from apple.

These install discs are impossible to find evidently. Anyone know where I could find them other than eBay? Maybe there are hypothetically some bootleg discs hanging out somewhere?

I would pay decent money for an 867mhz or 1ghz just to get these.
