Where to find a designer...?

I'm in the process of creating my next iPhone app and I'm thinking of hooking up with a good designer to add some spice to it. Where should I go to find such a designer?

You can always start with the graduating students at your local tech college. Or if you're willing to pay a pro, multi-media design agencies.
