I like to keep an offline-archive of the various OSX versions, and I'm looking for their updates as well.
I downloaded the installers for OSX 10.10 up to 10.14 from this Apple page, with direct links to their DMG installer files or via their App store. Now I want to download their update files.

1) where can I download (and keep for later) the update-files for these OSX versions?:
10.10 Yosemite
10.11 El Capitan
10.12 Sierra
10.13 High Sierra
10.14 Mojave

2) For these OSX versions, do I need to apply all their updaters in order to get say the final version of 10.12 Sierra, or will the latest update available suffice?
In other words, will the latest update of an OSX version take care of all the previous bugs/enhancements, or do I need to apply every updater, one after the other?

The versions of El Cap, Low Sierra, High Sierra and Mojave that you get when you download from Apple are "the latest versions", with all sequential updates applied to them.

Not sure about Yosemite.

Thanks. Good to know.
But they apparently aren't without updates as testing out 10.11 El Capitan, 10.12 Sierra and (as far as I remember) 10.13 High Sierra all offered to install additional updates after the initial OSX installer.

But.... I've learnt that you can download (and keep for later) these updates by checking off "Download updates in background" within the App store system preference as I've described here, and when done you'll find them all in the /Library/Updates/ folder.
