Is there anywhere I can find the ISPW file for the public beta 3 of iOS 9? I received a replacement iPhone and trying to restore has been an absolute nightmare. I upgraded to iOS 9 using the developer profile on my iPhone and then by doing an OTA update but trying to restore through iTunes has caused several problems. I'd like to restore the phone in iTunes but it says it can't download the resource.
