I bought a Kindle book on Amazon, and it successfully downloaded to my Mac. Amazon had a note that stated that the authors requested that DRM not be applied, so I wanted to import it into Calibre. I made sure that the ebook was downloaded into Kindle first, then I tried going to:

/Users/<username>/Library/Containers/com.amazon.Kindle/Data/Library/Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content/

But the only folders are

Cache
My Kindle Content
storage

None of these folders contains any Kindle ebooks (I searched for .kfx, .azw, and .azw3). None of the files in these folders contains anything close in file size to a Kindle ebook. They have older ebook covers that are no longer in my downloaded content, but none of them matched my current (and only) downloaded ebook.

Does anyone have any idea where these files might be?
