macOS Where to find Mac consultants?

Hi,
My apology if this is not a right place to place this, but I am really out of options. I am looking for a Mac consulant to help us on a project. Basically we need someone to write us a small Mac app that involves a little bit of tcp/socket communication. It is so hard to find a Mac dev in this area. Please let me know if anybody is interested, or where I can find one.
