Okay, so I've checked Ebay and Craigslist. Many of the iPhone 4's on these sites are going for more than the $599/$699 prices (16gb/32gb) and I don't understand why. And there's also plenty of sellers with 0 feedback, as well as many iPhone 4 lookalikes with a quarter of the screen resolution, low res. camera, etc.

Are there any other good places to be checking for used iPhone 4's?

As well, are there any "trading" outlets around? As in, I have some Canon photography gear I'd be willing to trade...but aside from Craigslist I don't know where to go about doing that.

Well, a long shot but thanks for any feedback!

If you're looking for a used iphone because you think it'll be cheaper... not gonna happen. Even when the next gen phone comes out, the ip4 won't drop all that much - even if it's used.

Hmmm...I'm starting to see that. Guess that's good for resale value though, so long as it is taken well care of.

Thanks for your input.
