Where to get antenna-aid/iband aid?

I've been looking around on Google and want to get the antenna-aid/iband aid.. I know it's just a sticker, but it looks pretty cool actually in my opinion. iBand-Aid is in euros and I don't know if it's worth 5+2 euro or not, antenna aid is $5 USD + shipping but not available. I can't find any on eBay.. so I decided to ask if anyone know where else can I get them.

^$8.79 USD + possible conversion fee since it's UK. I'm trying to find it from US or possibly on eBay but no luck yet.

anyone able to find the "end call" decal or similar ones? I don't really want the full wrap around the frame, just want something random like the "end call" or band aid or some other similar ones, preferably less than $5 USD.
