Where to get BatchMod?

I was told to get BatchMod (sp?) to change permissions on some files, but I can not find it. I did a google search and it got all kinds of weird stuff. Search here got nothing. Maybe I just can't read... Anyone know where to go to download it, or whatever it is I need? Thanks. j
