Where to get battery replacement?

My battery is dead, and can't hold a charge anymore. Where to buy the battery these days? $30 at Amazon, or eBay? $80 from iFixit, or OWC? $130 at Apple?

It comes down to a question of how long do you plan to keep the Mac that gets the new battery. If you plan to keep it over a year, my personal choice would be OWC/iFixit or even Apple vs the cheap knockoffs where you have no assurance of the battery's quality.

About a year ago I bought a replacement battery for my 13" mid-2014 MBP from OWC and I'm very happy with it.

I got mine from iFixit.. I had to have them send me a replacement cuz the capacity wasn't reading what was expected. It was fine after that, until I dumped a glass of wine on the machine..
