Where to get beta iOS 5 for 3GS?

Hello, I have been looking for a build of the beta OS5 for ipHone 3GS and can't seem to find one. I turn to you guys to help me. I have looked in ThePirateBay and can only find 4th Gen. iPod touches and iPhone 4's. I know that some of the new features do indeed work because a Polish developer had it and showed it, the features left and that are there. Thanks.

You log into your account on developer.apple.com that you paid $99 a year for and download it.

You need more than just the file to install and activate iOS5.
