so I have bought 4 batteries for my iphones and none of them were any good

I got 2 for my iphone 2g both were junk and I wasted so much time soldering them in only to go back to the original battery which works better then the ones I bought - I get about 3 hours of talk time on the 2g and with the replacement batteries I would get less then 1 hour

I also got 2 more 1 for my 3g and 1 for my 3gs and both have really crappy battery life compared to the original one

I think its the sitting on the self for months not being used that these replacement batteries are no good - if you store a lion battery for to long without using it there can be problems

reading reviews on amazon people are saying that most are not as good as the original battery so where to get good ones?

Hi,

Well you kinda answered your own question there !

Plain and simple,

Get the battery from Apple.

well after calling the apple store they said that they dont sell batteries so thats not an option

ifixit I will have to try
