Where to get Handbrake that works on Mac OS 10.4.11

"Is there anyplace to get Handbrake that works on Mac OS 10.4.11? I believe it is version 0.9.2."
Slightly off-topic, but this is a serious lack of judgement on the part of software developers -- that is to say, not keeping archived versions of their apps available for people with older versions of the system software running on older computers.
Not everyone has the latest and greatest, but might still want to use an earlier version of a good shareware/freeware app/utility.
But often, it's nearly impossible to find a copy available.....
