Where To Get iPhone 3G Referb?

hey guys, i am looking to get an iPhone 3G. ive been hunting for a few days on craigslist for one under 250 and ive emailed tons of people but no luck so far. i was wondering how i can buy a refeb iPhone 3G. how much are they too? price is really important to me

Why get a refurb when you can get a new one for $99 for 8 gigs
Unless you dont want to be locked into a two year plan.

IMO its buyer beware if you buy an iphone off craigs list or ebay.

i dont want a contract. i had an idea or getting the iPhone instead of upgrading from a 1G iPod touch to a 2G. i wanted to unlock it too just in case i can get the phone activated

EDIT: i hopefully wanted to get a 16 GB. my 8 GB iPod Touch is full =/

I'm getting a flawless one for $400 but they seem to going for $350 used on her ebay will be more, I'd wait for the refurb 16GB IF that happens, but I think AT&T is trying to sell it off through their store. But if Apple sells a refrub I'd say it may go for $299 no contract.

You do know how to jail break a phone? If you dont know what you are doing its a bad idea, you can kill your phone.
