Where to get pre-built BTO models?

I'm looking to buy a 13" 128GB model with 8gb RAM. The only extra (bto) feature is the extra 4gb of ram. Is there any place where I can get this faster than the Aug 23 estimate Apple is giving me? Is it worth it to call the local apple store to see if they carry the config? Or do they never carry btos?

Any other websites where I can get the above config?

You can't get those models at the retail stores for the most part unless you are lucky to find a model that's been ordered to the store and then perhaps returned. A few of the big retail stores like the ones in NYC may occasionally carry upgraded RAM versions.

Otherwise, wait for the one you ordered already.
