Where to Grant Access Photoshop Access to Desktop Folder?

I tried to import a video into Photoshop and my MBP asked me if I wanted to grant Photoshop access to me desktop folder. I chose No and now it will not import the file and I can not get the option to re-display so I can grant access to Photoshop. Where can I go in Mac OS Settings to grant it permission? I am currently unable to get any work done due to this.
