Where to learn about iWork, iLife, Microsoft Office, OSX and more?

First sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.

I am looking for a refresher course in relearning all of these software, since most of them where just recently updated. Is there any websites or books where i can read on the latest features. I'm applying for a job where I have to teach people about the software.

I know all the basic stuff but I would like to learn more just in case someone throws me a curve ball. Here is a list on what I would like to learn:

iWork
iLife
Microsoft Office
OS X Mavericks
iCloud
Some iPhone/iPad troubleshooting
