Hopefully I'm posting this in the right sub-forum. I tried searching online but couldn't find the right answer to help me.

I know when I'm on my main desktop I would go to "Go" in the top menu bar, hold down "Option" then click Library and go from there to application support, etc. The trouble I'm having is how to navigate to this while in time machine or just viewing my external when I am in finder.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Open the correct folder (with the iOS backups), then open time machine. It should open to your iOS backups folder in time machine, and then you can go back a few versions.

Plug in your time machine drive then:

backup.backupdb/YourMac/PickADate/Macintosh\ HD/Users/YourUser/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync/Backup/SomeRandomNonsensicalName
