where to look for packaging cutter file

Im trying to find the packaging cutter file for this clamshell box. Or at least a similar file if not the same. I don't even know what this kind of a packaging is called. Inside its holding a flower pot. Plus the fact, that i have no clue where to look, can anyone help?
