Where to measure Vcore eMac USB2.0?

Hello good day, does anyone know where i can measure current vcore on the board of a 1.25ghz emac?

i am trying to overclock it. but i suspect the VID scheme i've gotten is reversed.

so vid1 being vid5 and viceversa,
