Where should I post about banner advertisers that post here at macrumors?

I'm not sure what you mean by "banner advertisers". The site is supported by ads, but are you saying that you've found an ad that you think is inappropriate?

You've also mentioned posting. If you're trying to bring an advertising forum post to our attention then you can use the Report Post button

to the left of that post.

I clicked on a link on the website for one of the advertisers, ordered a product from them and got crappy results. Where should I post my feedback. In fact I have yet to get the product.

I'd say the Community forum. It's not a MR issue. If it's a USA company you can contact the BBB if your experience was that bad.
