Where to preorder (AT&T IRU account)

hey,

I'm with AT&T and I receive a discount via a FAN# and its an IRU account. Where do I preorder from? Apple.com/AT&T or the AT&T Premier site? I tried the premier site but it says because my account is an IRU I can't register or something.

Any help is appreciated.
