Android has some specialty sites like swappa.com for selling and buying used devices. I prefer to steer clear of eBay/craigslist, could someone point me in the direction of a good place to sell my ipad2? Thank you in advance for your help.

I've never had any problems with Craigslist. As long as you follow the 2 golden rules.

1) Deal in CASH ONLY

2) Meet in a very public place like a shopping Mall.

I've never had problems with eBay selling 3 of my iPhones.

I sold two to Amazon. Received a lot more than other sites in Amazon store credit. They even pay for shipping both ways if you choose to not accept a downgrade in their condition assesment .

Always sell on eBay and never really had a problem just make sure when u send it it is insured and fully tracked and then u can't go wrong

There have been 2 cases of murder due to Craigslist in my area. Some guy offers to buy something and says to drop it off a his house and that he will pay cash in person, then he murders you.

Stick to public places, quite a few psychos out there.
