where to trade in now for best price?

ok so where do i trade in my i6 gb 4? its locked. i need to get at least 250 for it and dont like ebay because they always side with the buyer.
i mean where do i trade in? i need extra money because i will be buying

iphone 5 this year
ipad 3 in march at a discount
and imac this year

gazzel seems decent but they only offer me 130 dollars.

went with ebay instant sale... they are offering 200.. but its without hassle.. and without any fees... plus no hassle of coordinating time and place to meet like craigslist..

If you shop a lot on Amazon.com, use their trade-in service - getting $340 for a 4S 32GB in good condition (catch is you get it as an Amazon credit instead of cash, but we buy enough that works out).
