Where'd My App Store GO ?!

So I upgraded to 4.0 yesterday and my app store dissapeared ! Ive restored it twice now it's still gone, and I tried downloading apps then syncing them in but that hasnt worked either and then an error pops up.
Help ? :(
 
Did you restore from a backup or set it up as a new phone? If it was the first one try to do a fresh restore.
