Guys....

I uninstalled Garageband when I first setup my new iMac but now I would like to try it out and cannot seem to find it anywhere on both Tiger and Leopard CDs!

:) Anyone knows where it is? Thanks!!

Emanuele

Under install optional programs, just follow that through, unchecking everything except gb...

Since it's not technically part of the operating system but is still bundled with all new machines, it'll be on the discs that came with your iMac. Pacifist should help you find and extract it if you can't find it in the additional installations area for some reason. :)

It's there, I did the same thing when I first got my mb. I said, "I'll never need this ..." cmd-del and then a month later i reinstalled it.

Thanks guys! :)

Well, under Optional Programs there are only Mail, Safari and all that. Very strange! I will use Pacifist and see if I can find it!
