where's my iDisk and Time Machine??

Hi,

With Leopard, when I click on my iDisk icon, I can bring up my files, but the icon doesn't show anymore on the Desktop. Where is it, and how can I get it back on my Desktop for easy access.

Also, TimeMachine seems to be running and running and running??? Is that good for my external HD???
