Where's my Junk gone to?

First off, I've not had many problems with MobileMe. Other than a couple blips, and the (hopefully temporary) inability to use a personal domain with a hyphen, it's been great. However, I notice a good deal of my junk, or sometimes not junk, disappearing. I get the mail, I look at the mail (typically on my iPhone), and as I'm reading it, it vanishes. The mail is usually sent directly to my iPhone (not forwarded from anywhere), and it goes to some folder or location I can't find. It's not in my Trash, it's not in my Junk, or my Inbox, or any other folder. It's nowhere. Any idea where I can find it? Some of it's mail that I want...
