Where's my music?

Im running iOS 5 (latest beta) and my music was all on my iphone but then once i plugged into iTunes most of it went away. However when I look under the music tab under my iPhone it says that the music is still there but it just doesn't show up on my iPhone. Please help this is so frustrating :mad: because the music won't go onto the phone.
