Where's the iPhone 6 Mini?

Is it just me or does anyone wish there was a iPhone 6 Mini similar in size to the iPhone 5S but with iPhone 6 outer case design and internals? I had a very short chance to handle my friends new iPhone 6 yesterday just after launch and it felt a little on the big side especially with a case installed which is definitely something I will get.

It will be here in a few years when small is trendy again, like in the days of the RAZR.

I prefer the smaller size and am sticking with my 5S, but I think that a device as you described would be a hard sell for a lot of 5S owners. The biggest difference between the 5S and the 6/6+ is the screen size. If the screen size was the same, there probably wouldn't be much reason to upgrade.

Besides, then we'd have to read even more "my phone is bigger than your phone so that makes me a more valuable person" threads.
