Where's the utilities folder?

Hi all quick question just put iOS 4.01 on my phone and doing abit of customising where's the location of the utilities folder? I want to change the icon.

AFAIK theres no way to do this at the minute without ditching iOS4 folders and using the Folders app....a common tweak request!
