Title says it all. To does 2.53 give me that much more. I will upgrade RAM and SSD on either one. Going to use as main computer however.
 
CPU won't make a diff but make sure you get 4GB. I currently run Fusion on a 2.33GHZ 15" MBP and with 3GB max its slow as molasses when running heavy dev apps, regardless of the memory mix. With 4GB you can assign 2 to each and be happy.
 
Agreed, maxing the RAM is critical for virtualization... more important than the processor in this case
