Which 14 inch MacBook Pro: M3 Pro or M4?

They are both lightly used - same condition. The M3 Pro comes at $100 cheaper. Both are base models. Leaning towards the M3 Pro for the 2gb of extra ram + better GPU performance and it's cheaper.
