I am a college student looking to buy a new MBP. I have been eagerly waiting this refresh, and I am very excited to get my hands on one of these new machines.

I would like to know what you guys think is the real difference between the 2.0Ghz model and the 2.2Ghz model. I am a music producer, frequently running either ableton live or logic pro for both music production and live performances. Besides that, I only use my computer for basic web browsing and word processing. Nothing really processor intensive. However, I want a computer that will be able to handle everything I throw at it without ever bugging down. I never play games, so I dont know whether the boost in GPU will ever effect me personally.

I am currently running a 2.33GHz C2D MBP, and it feels weird buying a new laptop with a lower CPU clock speed. What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance
