Which 15'' inch MBP configuration

I probably gonna start by saying that I am new to macs.
Which 15'' inch MBP configuration should i choose. Apparently apple offers three 15'' inch MBP configurations.

It's impossible to say if you don't give any extra info, like what you're going to do etc.

2.53GHz is enough if your usage is average, like web browsing, videos, e-mail, iTunes, photos....

2.66 or 2.8 if you play games or edit with Final Cut Studio

average stuff email, time machine, browsing web pages, aperture etc. Having said that, gaming and editing with Final Cut Studio won't hurt either

I used to edit video with Final Cut on a 400Mhz G3, and HD video on a 1.5Ghz Powerbook...anything you buy today will do what you want. The 9400M actually works just fine for basic Motion work.
